Return & Refund Policy

At House of Aralis, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.


Our Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

When We Accept Exchanges

We only accept exchange requests in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Incorrect item received

How To Request An Exchange

Step 1
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
Step 2
Share your order number and clear photos or unboxing video of the issue.
Step 3
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Not Eligible For Exchange

Wrong size selected by the customer
Slight color variation due to screen settings or lighting
Product used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. In case of a valid exchange request, we will replace the product with the same item. If the same item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 99105 40285.
