2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.
Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
Incorrect shipping details may result in order cancellation or delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

4. Payments

All orders are prepaid only. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Not Accepted:
Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch:
1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery:
4–10 business days across India.
Note: House of Aralis is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

Step 1
Raise request within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2
Share unboxing video or clear photos.
Step 3
Product must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging.

Exchange may be rejected if the product appears used, no proof is provided, or request exceeds the allowed timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, designs, product images, and website content belong to House of Aralis and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Indirect or incidental damages
Courier or shipping delays
Losses caused by misuse of products or website

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of India.
